This interactive portion of our website gives you a glimpse of what a
semester in Italy is all about. Please keep in mind that travel,
schedules, accommodations, and other program items can vary from what is
outlined in this portion of our website. Remain flexible and be willing
to adjust as needed! We encourage you to click on any links you see for
more information.
First, a little paperwork...Because we enforce an enrollment cap each semester and have students applying for our program up to a year and a half in advance, we highly suggest you not wait too long to apply if you are seriously interested in attending SBI! Our application process consists of three items; application (online or downloadable), application fee of $200.00 (credited towards your tuition), and ministry leadership reference. Within 48 hours of receiving these three items, we will make a decision regarding your approval into the program. Three months before the beginning of the semester you will be attending, you will receive an INFORMATION PACKET. This packet is loaded with helpful travel information, airport pickup instructions, and required forms that must be completed and returned to SBI (i.e. Health Report, travel waivers, proof of medical insurance, etc.)
